OUTSTANDING! This property is in excellent condition, well maintained. The staff is SO nice, friendly, caring, and accommodating - they could literally teach a master class in hospitality. Elizabeth was particularly wonderful during our stay, but everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful. They sent a little text each morning asking what we might need and wishing us a good day - next level customer service!! Rooms are spacious, kitchenette had everything we needed and made us feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, and it was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast food was great, lobby always had extra coffee and tea. Laundry room and gym very nice and always open. We stayed here because we were visiting family and the property was halfway in between. Will plan to stay here again. Just perfect.

This is a beautiful brand new hotel with modern conveniences, like ice &water dispenser for water bottles, a hot water tap for tea at the coffee station, and charging stations for electric vehicles. I felt it was a good value as well, much more affordable than staying in Portsmouth, but only a couple miles away. The staff we encountered were friendly, but did not acknowledge hilton honors (no waters for gold member), and they didn't keep up with the coffee and breakfast well. The coffee was lukewarm at 5:30 am and still at 6:30, so I politely asked when there would be fresh coffee and the girl at the front desk lied and said it was fresh. (I had the exact coffee pots at my workplace, they have indicators that let you know how long since it was made) Also at 7:30, the warmer at breakfast was almost empty with no eggs or meat option, and instead of making sure that was a priority, the breakfast attendant came out and made herself a waffle. Maybe those things can be attributed to inexperienced staff, as it was a brand new property.

I was displaced from my apartment due to heating issues and was able to seamlessly add nights to my stay as the circumstances were fluid. Very friendly staff, wonderfully accommodating people who go the extra mile. Hopefully my next visit is more of a vacation. Can’t say enough good things.

Nice hotel thats only been open 3 weeks. Convenient right off the highway. Only stayed one night but would be perfect for a longer term stay. Very clean. Multiple laundry machines, ice and water dispenser, and a few different breakfast options like spinach and feta pastry and chicken breast. I'd stay here again on future travels through the area. About an hour from Boston Logan Airport.

5 star service. The staff here makes this place feel like more than a three star hotel. Helpful, flexible and a delight to speak with. Specifically Trevor and Lauryn who I spoke to on more than on occasion. Dog friendly and child friendly and in a great locations to check out the coast of both Maine and new Hampshire. Close to restaurants and easy sneak right into Portsmouth. Would stay here 100 times over.

Stayed here on our way home from Thanksgiving. The room was very nice and and welll laid out and the actual working kitchen was a welcome site for tired travelers. We were traveling with our large dog and everyone was welcoming. They even gave us treats and a bowl for him. Highly recommend.

Free breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. Really not a bad place to stay. Not sure prices, I was here for work... could use some attentiveness on say, tissues, coffee, and detergent(I had none) but I asked and they gave it to me.

My sister and I had such a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites in Kittery! The location was perfect — close to all the places we wanted to visit, from shops and restaurants to the beautiful coastal spots we love. The beds were super cozy, and the room felt clean, bright, and relaxing. Breakfast was a great way to start the day — plenty of choices and very convenient — though the juice could use a little more flavor. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming stay, and we’d happily come back again!
